Multi-tenant B2B SaaS marketplace connecting major construction groups (Vinci, Bouygues Construction, Loxam) with equipment rental providers — 1,000–2,000 active users.

  • Architected a two-sided quote negotiation system: database schema, PostgreSQL migrations, FastAPI endpoints, and performance tuning.
  • Cut a critical API endpoint from 3,000 ms to 250 ms (12×) via indexes, N+1 elimination, and targeted raw SQL.
  • Maintained 100+ REST endpoints; OAuth2/JWT auth; Dockerized services; ~90% pytest coverage.
